Bullet Points for the Thoughtful Tenant
- Pay your rent on or before due date!!!
- Tenant(s) is responsible for damages of guests!!!!!
- Set garbage out for pickup!! Return empty garbage cans ASAP!!!!!
- No entering or exiting through windows, unless of emergency!!!
- Give 30-day notice to terminate, pay rent in full!!!!
- Do NOT change door knobs and/or locks!!!!
- Call city garage 784-4503 for big garbage items!!! Pay for pickup!
- Replace Batteries in Fire Alarms and/or Thermostat, as needed!!!
- Clean your apartment, especially when you vacate!!!!
- Do NOT leave things out that would attract pests!!
- Observe energy conservation – thermostat range 65-75 degrees!
- Do NOT detach Fire Alarms!!!!
- Do NOT use the HVAC and/or water heater areas as storage!!
- Do NOT park out of commission vehicles in shared/overflow areas!
- Do NOT keep stolen items in apartment!!
- Do NOT remove appliances from property!!!!
- Do NOT use excessive amounts or large sizes of Nails and/or Screws!!!
- Careful use of command strips – worse than nails if not used properly.
- Do NOT let non-tenants use washer/dryer!!!!
- Do NOT install Dishes like Satellite Television or Satellite Internet!!
- Get Permission for Property Alterations!!!!
- Keep yard picked up, including cigarette butts!!!
- No Fish Tanks over 5 gallons!! Do NOT feed strays!!!
- No Peace Disturbing Parties!!!!
- Do not take care of other people’s animals at unit!!
- Animal (Pets, ESA’s, & Service) policies require check-in of the animal!!!
- Overnight Guests Discouraged! Lengthy stays will be in default.
- Purchase and change light bulbs!! Call for assistance, if needed.
- Put your name(s) on mailbox for better mail service!!
- You are NOT allowed on roof!!!!
- Do NOT flush paper towels! Only flush toilet paper!!
- It is preferable that ALL feminine hygiene products be placed in trash!!
- Be mindful about garbage disposal usage and sink & shower drainage!
- Parking – do NOT block parking or roadways!!!
